Lesson Goal: Students will end learning new song Baby Beluga. (Second half)

3)Beethoven :10 Students will learn two new facts about the composer, and watch a short video on Beethoven.

4)Rhythm echoes: Students will begin working on beat recognition, and shape of melody with hand drums through echoes.:10
*Art. M.I.1.7 Replicate longer rhythmic and melodic patterns.
5)Baby Beluga:20 Students will end learning the last verse of the song. Students will then listen as we read from the Baby Beluga songbook.
*Art. M. II.1.6: Use vocal, instrumental, and physical responses to a selection presented in 1st. grade.
