*Welcome Back Students! I hope you all had a great weekend! Today in Music we are going to continue learning about our new composer of the month, continue learning our new song called, “Sing,” and end playing on the Boom Whackers!! Your goal today is to actually work on making a song using the boomwhackers! This is going to take a lot of concentration, so pay attention!

3)Composer of the Month: Beethoven; Students will continue watching video, “Beethoven lives upstairs”

4)Sing: Students will continue working on a new song from the Carpenters called, “Sing, sing a song” :20
*Art. M. II.2.6: Use vocal, instrumental, and physical responses to a selection presented in 2nd. grade.
5)Boomwhackers/Rhythm Sticks if not available Students will also begin learning a simple song, “Mary had a little lamb” with boomwhackers.
